Fleet Maintenance Management
Overview
The following outline provides an overview of the work scope developed for scheduled maintenance of most common construction jobsite machinery. This process applies to all models and brands and will adhere to the guidelines set forth in the manufacturer’s operation and service manuals.
Prior to servicing, each machine is given a full initial evaluation. At the time of the initial evaluation, machines are given a pre-operation inspection to confirm that the unit is structurally sound and safe to operate. A technician will note the units’ general overall condition as well as inform the customer of any faults or defects.
Maintenance will begin after the customer has been notified and a course of action mutually agreed upon.
Additional Work Effort - Other Findings:
Maintenance will be completed at manufacturer's recommended intervals unless otherwise noted:
On a scheduled basis, APi Service Co will complete routine maintenance. Daily walk-around pre-operation inspection and function tests will be performed at the time of scheduled service. At that time, any other required repairs will be noted and reviewed. APi Service Co will forward a quotation to the Customer for authorization to proceed. If additional parts or repairs are required outside of the scope of work provided, APi will contact the Customer to explain the additional work requirements and obtain approval to proceed with the repair.
